Hotel of Horror offers group discounts for parties of 10 or more visiting our haunted attractions together on the same evening. Whether you're organizing friends, family, coworkers, a bachelor or bachelorette outing, college group, club, or other gathering, a little planning ahead can make getting everyone through the haunted doors easier.
A Better Rate for a Bigger Crew
Groups of 10 or more may qualify for discounted admission when arrangements are made in advance. Group reservation discount rates are determined by the anticipated group size provided.
One Crew. Two Haunted Houses
Group admission includes Hotel of Horror and Altered Nightmares Haunted Attractions, giving everyone the full experience together.
The Discounts
- Groups of 10 or more may receive a 10 % off discount on Combo Attraction Tickets for Hotel of Horror and Altered Nightmares Haunted Houses.
- Groups of 25 or more may receive a 15 % off discount on Combo Attraction Tickets for Hotel of Horror and Altered Nightmares Haunted Houses.
- Groups of 40 or more may receive a 20 % off discount on Combo Attraction Tickets for Hotel of Horror and Altered Nightmares Haunted Houses.
The Requirements
- We require a reservation to receive your group discount.
- Online Group Sales: Your group will receive a unique discount code with an expiration date. Enter the code at checkout and standard online ticketing fees will apply.
- Box Office Cash Sales: Your Group Leader will collect payment from the entire group and purchase all tickets together in one cash transaction at the Box Office. Once purchased, the Group Leader distributes the tickets before everyone enters the attraction wait line. No ticketing fees apply to cash transactions.
- Advance registration required to guarantee availability.

Advance arrangements help us prepare for your group's visit and make arrival easier for everyone.

Not One Giant Group
*Groups Enter in Manageable Sizes
Your group reservation keeps everyone under the same group discount, but it does not mean the entire party will enter the attractions at once. Larger groups will be divided into smaller manageable groups before entering the haunted houses. This helps preserve the experience, pacing, and scares for everyone.

How Group Reservation Works
Online Sales
Want everyone to pay for themselves?
Register your group in advance by emailing us. Once your group is registered, your group leader will receive a unique discount code based on their last name, along with an expiration date for purchasing tickets.
No more collecting everyone's money.
Members of your group can purchase their own tickets online using your groups discount code. Everyone receives the appropriate group rate without requiring one person to collect payment for the entire party.
Best for: Groups that want the convenience of individual payment.
Please Note: Online ticket purchases are subject to ticketing platform fees.

Bulk group purchases can still be arranged.
Box Office Sales
Want to avoid online ticketing fees?
Register your group in advance by emailing us. Once your group is registered, you will receive an email confirmation of your paper reservation. Details are also communicated with the Box Office for will call.
Group Tickets purchased in bulk at the Box Office, must be done in one transaction by the Group Leader. This option allows you to avoid the ticketing platform fees but requires the Group Leader to collect the funds and purchase the tickets in bulk at the time off arrival.
Best for: Groups that prefer one transaction and want to save some money on the ticketing platform fees.
